The viewing
Very important, the properties situated in an area as mentioned on the website (like THIVIERS, LA COQUILLE...), are not always situated in this village or town, they are between 0 and 30 miles around.
With regard to viewing you make an appointment with us.We give you directions on how to meet us. We either do have the keys for the property or we make an appointment with the ownners of the property and than WE take you to see the properties. We do not charge anything at this point.
For the viewing we will need a list of properties with the area and the references from our website We will need your full name and address, telephone number and a mobile number if you are taking one to France. We need to know at which port you dock and when you arrive and leave France.
We can help you to find accomodation if you like to.
To make the appointment, we need at least 7-10 days. During holiday periods we advice you to contact us 2-3 weeks before you go and we will try to set up appointments for you.
